Pilar Wyman is a professional freelance medical indexer and indexing consultant. She is an ICI-certified indexer and has been involved in indexing since late 1983, writing indexes since 1990. Pilar is a Past President of the American Society for Indexing (ASI), the voice of excellence in indexing and the only professional organization in the United States devoted solely to the advancement of indexing and related methods of information retrieval.
